Our commitment to you is based on more than just excellent Physiotherapy care at home. Our patients receive respectful care and are not discriminated against based on age, gender, ethnicity, beliefs, and Religious or economic status.

In order to achieve outstanding treatment results, we require an equal commitment from you. Take the time to read all of our Terms and Conditions as clarity, communication and understanding will ensure that we’re always on the same page and achieving the best outcome possible.

All of our professional recommendations are based on the information provided by you, an objective and expert physiotherapy examination and the specific goals determined by you and your physiotherapist. It is important to understand our Terms and Conditions and for you to acknowledge that ultimately, it is your responsibility to follow our advice and avoid situations that may aggravate your condition. We acknowledge an infinite number of variables can impact on the outcomes of any treatment program.

We are confident that if you follow our recommendations, and any further opinions subsequent to reviews that may occur periodically throughout the term of your treatment, then we can help you to achieve outstanding results.

1. Consent to Assessment and Treatment`

You hereby request and give consent to our therapists to perform all necessary Physiotherapy examinations, manipulations, Electro- therapy and Exercise- therapy procedures in accordance with their professional training and understanding of your clinical condition. Consent is your understanding that you have an opportunity to discuss with your therapist, the nature and purpose of your physiotherapy care before any treatment is delivered.

You acknowledge and accept the following:

 

  • The physical nature of physiotherapy and related treatments.
  • You have the right to refuse intervention or seek a further opinion and to provide feedback and make a complaint.
  • The adverse risks associated with treatment, including stiffness and soreness, soft tissue injury, neurological complications, cerebro-vascular injuries, skin irritations, burns and other minor complications.
  • The Probability of risk is lowered by assessment procedures. Most patients receive our services without the need for a medical or other referral. However, in the event a referral from another medical practitioner has been given, it is highly recommended that such a referral is provided to the treating physiotherapist to assist in the continuity of care and our delivery of the most appropriate treatment for the patient.
2. The Expectation from your Physiotherapy assessment

During the assessment, our Physiotherapist will ask you some questions about your symptoms and will then ask to assess the problem area. In order to properly Physiotherapist may need to see the affected area. During home visit patients need to wear the appropriate clothing to conduct the assessment in a smooth way eg- wear of shorts to assess lower limb or wear the vest top to assess lower back.

    • While assessing the presence of family members recommended especially in the case of a female patient. Please feel ask any questions to our Physiotherapist during your assessment and treatment session, your Physiotherapist will happy to explain things to you.
  • After your assessment, your Physiotherapist will discuss their findings with you and propose a treatment plan treatment specifically to your own goals.

 

3. Expectation from your Physiotherapy treatment

Physiotherapy has over the years proved its effectiveness in helping patients in restoring their health and enhancing their physical strength, function and mobility. To further enhance your experience with physiotherapy, our Physiotherapists personally visit you and perform physiotherapy at home. For patient condition, there is no particular guarantee or assurance from our Physiotherapists. Some of the benefits of getting physiotherapy at home include

    • Provides personalized care
    • Brings about a faster healing process
    • No mobility issues
    • Better time management
    • Cost effective
  • Family support and supervision

 

4. Number of your Physiotherapy treatment sessions

Our aim is to provide the Services using reasonable care and skill. Our Physiotherapists will recommend number of visits required to cure your condition based on that your treatment protocol will be lined in your case file. Some patient’s conditions may take longer than others to treat and we will regularly reassess the treatment plan.

    • If we have not agreed the number of sessions to be provided, we shall provide sessions on a session-by-session (weekly/Monthly) basis.
    • We will agree the date and time of the first session and any subsequent sessions by on call/SMS/What’s up or by e-mail.
  • We may stop a session at any time and not continue it if we consider that patient condition is improved 100% or in case patient is not following our instructions. Inappropriate behavior of the patient or patient party leads to termination of patient treatment.

 

5. Cancellation of appointment

We believe that your health should be a priority in your life and therefore your treatment should be a priority in your schedule. Last minute cancellations and not attending calls can have a major impact on our services and negatively affect your treatment progress.

    • To cancel or reschedule an appointment without incurring a charge, we require at least 24 hours notice through phone calls/SMS/What’s up message.
    • Reminder SMS texts are a proactive approach on our behalf along with our Physiotherapists will call half an hour before your appointment in order to avoid cancellation of your appointments.
  • Appointments being cancelled or rescheduled within 3 hours of the appointment time will be liable to a late cancellation charge.

 

6. Payment of appointment

It is expected that all fees are paid in full at the time of consultation. We accept cash and cashless methods – Paytm /Google-pay /Phone-Pay /UPI Pay.

7. Confidentiality and privacy policy

Personal and health information you provide during your consultation and subsequent treatment will be collected for the primary purpose of providing high quality health care. We shall treat all personal and business information supplied by you as confidential. We shall not disclose such information to any third party without your prior permission, except where required by law or where action might be necessary to protect you or someone else.

We may send you information regarding events/Physiotherapy camps happenings at your location via a number of possible ways including: SMS/email/calls or what’s Up messages.

Reasons we may contact you include:

    • To administer accounts and process payments.
    • To communicate with you regarding any issues affecting your treatment.
    • Provide information on services and benefits available to patient.
    • Appointment Reminders.
  • Appointment Follow Up calls to improve our services.
8. Exclusion of Liability

The Practice Directors and employees of this Practice shall not be liable for, nor shall they accept any responsibility for any injury, loss or damage howsoever sustained by any person or persons arising out of any of the treatments or procedures delivered in this Practice or in any way whatsoever which does not arise from any negligent act or omission of the Practice Director and employees.
